The group aims to develop a strategic action plan to build an integrated system that enables it to become a reference for technical consultations and support knowledge exchange and transfer of expertise in the fields of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and institutional development for the fertilizer industry at the Arab level. This is achieved by linking the strategic pillars of the industry with the latest digital technologies to achieve sustainability goals, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
