Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co
Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) is the only petrochemical producing company headquartered in Bahrain. Established in 1979 as a joint venture between GCC member states (Bapco, SABIC, and PIC Kuwait), GPIC uses natural gas to produce Ammonia, Urea and Methanol at its 60-hectare complex in Sitra.
