The Arab Fertilizer Association successfully concluded today, Thursday, its workshop titled "Supply Chain and Logistics Management & Documentary Credit” held over three days in the Tunisian capital. The final day featured a high level of engagement, insightful discussions, and a strong exchange of ideas among participants. Today’s program explored several key topics, including: - Strategic Challenges & Opportunities in Fertilizer Supply Chains: Visibility, cost efficiency, inventory balancing - Data-Driven Supply Chain Optimization - Collaboration Across the Supply Chain: Stakeholder partnerships, port collaboration, joint ventures. - Best Practices from Similar Sectors (Cement, Mining, Agriculture). - Group Activity: Interactive Case Study or Scenario Simulation The AFA would like to extend its sincere appreciation to the Groupe Chimique Tunisien SA for graciously hosting this important event.
